Hefty Harvest and Scary Scarecrows Family Festival, Camden Children?s Garden, Camden. ?September 8 & 9 from 1 pm to 4 pm. ?The Garden?s annual celebration of the bountiful harvest includes games, crafts and more. For a small fee, you can make your own full-sized scarecrow to take home (while supplies last).
Home and Garden Show, Main Street, Mullica Hill.? Saturday, September 8 from 2 pm to 7 pm.? Main Street Mullica Hill?will be lined with industry professionals?offering everything from updating?your bathroom, landscaping, furniture deals, interior design and?decorative concrete.
Soft Grand Opening of King?s Court Antiques, 48 North Main Street, Mullica Hill. ?Saturday, September 8. ?Recently expanded, this campus-like complex boasts 3 floors, 12 rooms, and over 3000 square feet of antiques. ?A large parking lot and shaded courtyard complete the expansion.
Fifth Annual Downtown Millville Arts, Music & Antiques Festival?on High Street in Millville. Sunday, September 9, 2012. ?More information at?MillvilleFestivals.com.
Le Tour de Downbeach, Boardwalk and Newport Avenues, Ventnor. ?Sunday, September 9, registration at 9:30 am, ride at 10 am. ?The ride brings all of the island?s towns together and is sponsored by Tomatoe?s Restaurant and presented by the Ventnor Merchants Association, the Margate Business Association, the Borough of Longport and Atlantic City. ?Entrance fee: $20 per person or $12 per person for a family of 4 or more. ?Proceeds benefit local charities.
Dominick?s 4th Annual Block Party, 1768 South Lincoln Avenue, Vineland.? Sunday, September 9 from noon to 6 pm.? All proceeds benefit the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.? Includes a beer garden, vendors, carnival, Vineland?s Got Talent contest, Pizza eating contest, and more.
